Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure Create Products, Create Vendors, entry Products in SAP System.
To ensure overall planning for distribution & confirm better service for all area.
To ensure product wise racking & mention the product name.
To ensure physical stock counting according to system.
Ensure monthly counting of all stocks for proper inventory management.
Receive goods from Vendors or others ensuring proper documentation.
To ensure load & unload trucks, pickup van & covered van.
To control overall delivery function with related department.
Ensure documentation of stock receipts and dispatch as per company rules and guidelines.
Coordinate with finance & accounts and others relevant department.
To ensure emergency local purchase.
Manage Storage space for large items & their movement in the Store.
