• Communicate with students and parents regarding course information, schedules, and school activities.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive student and parent experience.

• Handle inquiries through phone calls, social media platforms, and direct visits.

• Prepare presentations and assist in promotional activities, events, and student engagement programs.

• Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth class operations and scheduling.

• Maintain student records, inquiries, and follow-ups in an organized manner.

• Assist the management team in marketing and promotional initiatives of Yamaha Music School.

• Support administrative tasks related to course enrollment and student services.
