Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform data research, analysis, and entry using various computer software applications.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely entry of order details into internal databases.
∎ Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering to avoid shortages.
∎ Track and manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchases, vendors, delivery timelines, and invoices.
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from potential suppliers and vendors.
∎ Assist in contract negotiations related to pricing and terms.
∎ Review the quality of purchased products and report any discrepancies.
∎ Prepare purchase reports and cost analyses as needed.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse staff for inventory management.
