Responsibilities & Context:

Experience Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or performance marketing.

Hands-on experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.

Experience in media buying, lead generation, and marketing analytics is highly desirable.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strategic thinking and leadership skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Knowledge of SEO, tracking pixels, and analytics tools

Excellent project management and communication skills

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Manager, Social Media to lead and manage our social media platforms and digital presence. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth through innovative organic and paid social media strategies. The position requires strong leadership, performance accountability, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Manage and optimize social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).

Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI; prepare regular performance reports for management.

Create and manage social media budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality digital content.

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and SEO best practices.

Implement lead generation, funnel marketing, and audience targeting strategies.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
