Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Officer to lead our growth initiatives.This role includes managing revenue goals, building corporatepartnerships, increasing enrollment, and developing a strong Campus Ambassador (CA) network nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and enrollment targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities including corporate training, institutional partnerships, coaching centers, universities, and B2B collaborations.
• Conduct direct field visits (door-to-door) to:
o Educational institutes
o Coaching centers
o Training centers
o Corporate offices to present Linexis IT programs and convince decision-makers to collaborate or enroll.
• Build and expand partnerships through in-person meetings, campus visits, and institutional presentations.
• Conduct regular market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas.
• Generate leads through field outreach, networking, cold calling, events, seminars, and digital channels.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, corporate presentations, MoUs, and partnership pitches.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, campus authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate deals, finalize contracts, and track revenue and enrollment performance.
Campus Ambassador (CA) Program Management
• Lead, manage, and monitor the Linexis Campus Ambassador Program.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and build new Campus Ambassadors from universitiesand colleges.
• Create weekly tasks, KPIs, and engagement plans for all ambassadors.
• Mentor and guide CAs to execute workshops, seminars, and promotional activitieson campus.
• Develop motivational systems - rewards, incentives, recognition - to maximize CAproductivity.
• Track CA performance, activity reports, and conversion metrics.
• Build relationships with universities, clubs, communities, and student organizationsthrough the CA network.
Marketing & Collaboration
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to initiate campaigns, events, andpromotions.
• Provide strategic insights to improve brand positioning and student engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance course offerings based on marketneeds
Reporting & Leadership
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development reports.
• Present performance insights and business forecasts to management.
• Provide guidance to junior business development staff when needed
