Additional Requirements:

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or TOGAF are preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and AI-assisted platforms for ERP automation, workflow optimisation, reporting, and productivity improvement
Strong experience with ERP platforms, implementation methodologies, and enterprise system integration
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ERP solutions aligned with business objectives
Analyse business processes and translate requirements into scalable ERP system designs
Manage end-to-end ERP lifecycle, including planning, development, deployment, optimisation, and support
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful ERP delivery
Oversee ERP integration with enterprise systems, including HR, Finance, SCM, CRM, and BI platforms
Ensure ERP solutions comply with security, IT governance, data governance, and regulatory standards
Lead and mentor ERP technical and functional teams to ensure effective project execution
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation for ERP initiatives
Drive system performance improvement, automation, and business process optimisation
Support ERP upgrades, migrations, cloud transformation, and digital modernisation initiatives
Prepare architectural documentation, technical guidelines, and ERP best practices
Troubleshoot complex ERP issues and ensure minimal disruption to business operations
