* Manage and maintain the organization's website, including content updates, performance monitoring, and security management.

* Coordinate with software developers for website enhancements, bug fixes, feature development, and system improvements.

* Administer and support the ERP system, including daily operations, data updates, report generation, and user support.

* Monitor website and ERP performance, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.

* Gather user requirements and communicate functional specifications to developers for system enhancements.

* Ensure data security, backup management, and user access control for web and ERP applications.

* Provide training and assistance to users on website and ERP system functionalities.

* Support the implementation of new digital solutions, system integrations, and process automation initiatives.

* Utilize programming knowledge to assist in system customization, troubleshooting, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or a related field.

• Experience in ERP software operation, data management, and report generation.

• Knowledge of at least one programming language.

• Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and system integration concepts.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
