Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain office computers, internet, Wi-Fi, printers, and basic network systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and office tool issues.
Handle data entry, document formatting, and client information updates.
Create and edit basic designs using Photoshop for social media and office needs.
Send emails, manage email communication, and organize digital documents.
Manage website, domain, hosting, cPanel, and basic server-related tasks.
Monitor data security, antivirus protection, user access, and regular backups.
Configure and maintain office network, router settings, IP setup, and device connectivity.
Support staff with daily IT and digital tasks.
