Responsibilities & Context:

Troubleshooting & Customer Support at customer end. Follow up customers over phone as part of customer service.

To identify the technical/service problems, solve the problem through technical team & give feedback to client.

Maintaining of inbound & outbound calls related to technical support.

Objective is customer satisfaction regarding our service & to retain customers for long as OptiMax user.

Real life experience in LAN/WAN & structured cabling technology.
