Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic government customers. The role includes identifying and developing business opportunities, supporting customers in requirement gathering and solution development, coordinating tender and bid activities, and ensuring successful project execution through effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned government accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
Lead bid preparation activities by coordinating with technical, commercial, and management teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Work closely with presales, technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams during project implementation.
Support project teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
