Job Responsibilities:

Video Content & Editing:

• Create and edit videos for marketing, social media, and brand promotion

• Professional transitions, sound balancing, color correction

• Maintain storytelling flow in content

Graphic Design:

• Design banners, posters, ads, thumbnails, social media creatives

• Create branding assets

Social Media Management:

• Manage all social media platforms

• Post scheduling, caption writing, trend research

• Handle engagement and reporting

Digital Marketing:

• Run ads and boost posts

• Audience targeting and metrics analysis

• Client acquisition through social channels

Employment Details:

• Type: Internship with Permanent Opportunity (based on performance)

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Salary: Up to 20K after permanent (Based on Performance)

• Transport: Dhaka city transport cost provided

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in video editing and social media management

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)

• Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)

• Proven social media management experience

• Understanding of digital marketing and ads

• Must be able to work independently

• Portfolio required
