• PMP certification is a must

• 5-6 years of experience in large ERP projects as a project key member

• A proven track record of participation in large ERP rollout projects

• An excellent understanding of end-to-end process delivery as applied to swap/roll out projects

• A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle

• Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership skills

• Ability to communicate with Customer and Project Team at all levels

• Fluent in English  (both written and oral)

• Work under pressure to meet the targeted deadline and budget. 

• Responsible for project progress management, cost, and quality monitoring

• Responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and delivering all contractual project requirements.

• Define and agree on the Communication Plan, Meeting Schedule, and Reporting requirements.

• Ensure that the project is appropriately resourced with the right levels of experience and expertise.

• Managing resources engaged on the project, target setting and performance management.

• Actively support the internal team that focuses on business development.

• Overall budget preparation, monitoring and management.

• Determine appropriate revenue recognition to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

• Manage project issues and resolutions and provide reports.

• Provide measurable and timely responses to client inquiries, work requests, and concerns.

• Reporting to Senior Management and the Customer based on the project portfolio.
