Responsibilities & Context:

Develop and execute the digital innovation roadmap aligned with business strategy.
Identify opportunities for process digitization, automation, and analytics across functions.
Translate business problems into digital use cases and lead pilots through implementation.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (automation, AI, data analytics, cloud, ERP enhancements).
Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendors to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Drive change management, user adoption, and digital capability building.
Track benefits, ROI, and performance of digital initiatives and report to Management.
