We, a leading power Generation and Electromechanical Company with international collaboration, are looking for dedicated and committed dynamic officials who can join and strengthen our existing dynamic Finance Division team.

Job Descriptions / Responsibility
Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales managers to identify business needs, define target audiences, and create digital marketing strategies aligned with sales goals. Develop and execute strategies that bridge sales and marketing efforts for optimal lead generation and conversion.
Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and email platforms. Leverage reels and video content for maximum reach and engagement on Instagram and YouTube. Oversee and enhance email marketing campaigns for customer retention and acquisition.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers to ensure digital campaigns address key business priorities and support regional or product-specific goals. Gather feedback from the sales team on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Website Management: Collaborate with developers and designers to maintain a user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and high-performing website. Monitor website performance, usability, and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.
Content Creation: Work with creative teams to develop high-quality content, including videos, infographics, and blogs tailored for each platform. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media algorithms.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Develop KPIs to measure the success of marketing campaigns (e.g., ROI, CTR, engagement rate, customer acquisition cost).
Tools & Technology: Use digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Hootsuite (or similar social media management tools), and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush). Implement A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the digital landscape.
