Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 26 years

• Good understanding of FMCG operations like trade promotions, distributor networks, channel management, and SKU planning.

• Knowledge of RTM strategies, van sales, and secondary sales tracking; experience with DMS and TPM tools is a plus.

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and basic knowledge of BI tools like Tableau or Power BI for data analysis.

• Familiar with process tools like Visio or Lucidchart and comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.



Responsibilities & Context:

As a Business Analyst at NeosCoder, you will bridge the gap between FMCG business operations and the Salesforce ecosystem. You will translate complex sales workflows, distributor management challenges, and trade promotion processes into clear, actionable system requirements - and then see those requirements through to delivery. You will be a trusted advisor to both clients and internal development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review the full sales process from lead to final sales and find areas to improve.

• Understand how sales work in retail, wholesale, POS, modern trade, and online channels.

• Collect business needs and prepare simple documents like BRD, use cases, and process flows.

• Talk with sales teams, managers, and finance to understand problems and gaps.

• Set and track key sales KPIs like targets, coverage, and promotion results.

• Help design Salesforce solutions for distributor management and sales processes.

• Manage basic Salesforce tasks like users, roles, reports, and dashboards.

• Support testing (UAT), user training, and work with clients to handle changes and give updates.
