Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable AI Architect to design, scale, and oversee end-to-end AI solutions for global clients across diverse industries. Experience with modern AI paradigms including Generative AI, LLM-based systems, and multimodal architectures is highly desirable. This role requires strong expertise in machine learning systems, cloud architecture, and production-grade deployment. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with robust, scalable AI system design while ensuring alignment with international standards and client expectations. The role also involves defining AI strategy, evaluating emerging technologies, and driving innovation across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion to deployment
• Define system architecture, including data pipelines, model lifecycle, APIs, and integrations
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical decision-making for client projects across regions
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of AI systems
• Define and enforce best practices for AI system observability, monitoring, and governance
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams to deliver production-ready solutions
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions with measurable KPIs and ROI
• Guide and implement end-to-end MLOps lifecycle including experiment tracking, model registry, deployment strategies, and rollback mechanisms
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and assess their applicability to business use cases
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code/design reviews
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and clients
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution proposals, estimations, and technical presentations

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field
• Equivalent practical experience in AI/ML system design is highly valued
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or ML certifications) are a plus

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with at least 2+ years in designing production-grade AI systems or architecture-level roles
• Strong programming skills in Python (and/or Java, Scala)
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, etc.)
• Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with cloud-native AI services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
• Expertise in building and managing data pipelines and large-scale data systems
• Experience in deploying ML models into production environments
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
• Familiarity with experiment tracking tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with international clients
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications (RAG, agents, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and AI ethics considerations
• Experience in real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark)
• Prior experience in technical leadership or solution architecture roles
• Understanding of domain-specific AI applications (e.g., logistics, fintech, e-commerce)
• Experience with high-availability systems and cost optimization strategies in cloud environments
