Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for project progress management, cost and quality monitoring
Evaluate and define the project organization based on the Scope of Work after the Sales team wins the deal
Responsible for reviewing, monitoring and delivering all contractual project requirements
Defines and agree Communication Plan, Meeting Schedule and Reporting requirements
Ensures that the project is appropriately resourced with the right levels of experience and expertise
Managing resources engaged on the project
Target setting and performance management
Leadership, motivation and performance evaluation of project team members
Actively support the internal team that focuses on business development
Overall budget preparation, monitoring and management
Determines appropriate revenue recognition and ensures timely and accurate invoicing.
Track and manage project issues and resolutions
Provides measurable and timely response to client inquiries, work requests, and concerns
Reporting to Senior Management and the Customer based on the project portfolio
