The applicants should have experience in dealing with clients, and different stakeholders, related to the real estate functioning
Critical thinking and problem-solving skill
Ability to manage vendors/ clients
Good coordination capability and communication skill
Working knowledge on MS Word, Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and project
stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory authorities.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and
stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.
Maintain liaison with authorities like RAJUK, Cantonment Board Jolshiri Abashon Project
