∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 5 years practical experience in the real estate company.
∎ The applicants should have experience of project management and construction of mid to highrise buildings and sourcing of material/equipment related to the real estate.
∎ Understands all types of drawings.
∎ Checking the works and able to make corrections as per drawing.
∎ Computers skill, able to work on Auto Cad files.
∎ Strong knowledge on quality control.
∎ Problem solving skill of construction work.

∎ Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and project stakeholders, including clients, architects, consultant and regulatory authorities.
∎ Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders budgeting and progress reports.
∎ Maintain liaison with authorities like RAJUK, Cantonment Board Jolshiri Abashon Project etc.
∎ JOB LOCATION : Head Office of our company at Dhaka / Project sites
