Engineer Requirement & Qualification

1️⃣ Project Manager (PM)

Position: Project Manager
Number Required: 3

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

• Registered with Bangladesh Professional Engineers Board (if applicable)

Experience:

• Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience

• At least 5 years in urban road/drain/culvert construction projects

• Experience in City Corporation / LGED / PWD projects preferred

Responsibilities:

• Overall project management and coordination

• Liaison with City Corporation officials

• Supervision of quality, progress, and compliance

• Approval of work schedule and resource planning

• Certification of bills and progress reports

2️⃣ Project Engineer / Project Asst Engineer (Civil)

Position: Resident Engineer / Site Engineer

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (preferred)
  or

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (with higher experience)

Experience:

• B.Sc.: Minimum 5–7 years
