Educational Requirements: B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field from any reputed university.
Sound knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, networking equipment, and IT troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
Responsibilities & Context:
Software and OS Management:
Set up and configure operating systems and application programs.
Provide user support for Office 365 tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
Configure email accounts and troubleshoot related issues promptly.
2. Hardware & Network Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and provide support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and online/offline UPS.
Maintain and monitor LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and Cisco VPN connections.
3. Cybersecurity and End-user Support:
Provide instant IT support to users for hardware, network, software, and ERP-related issues.
Ensure regular antivirus updates and perform system scans for all users to maintain cybersecurity hygiene.
