• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age At least 26 years

• Educational Requirements: B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field from any reputed university.

• Sound knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, networking equipment, and IT troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Good communication skills and team spirit.

Software and OS Management:

• Set up and configure operating systems and application programs.

• Provide user support for Office 365 tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.

• Configure email accounts and troubleshoot related issues promptly.

2. Hardware & Network Maintenance:

• Troubleshoot and provide support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and online/offline UPS.

• Maintain and monitor LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and Cisco VPN connections.

3. Cybersecurity and End-user Support:

• Provide instant IT support to users for hardware, network, software, and ERP-related issues.

• Ensure regular antivirus updates and perform system scans for all users to maintain cybersecurity hygiene.
