Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about products, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently.

  • Telesales: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote fabric products, explain benefits, and close sales deals.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented in the company’s CRM software.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and share insights with relevant departments.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual telesales targets.

  • Problem Resolution: Address customer issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the whole team to align telesales activities with overall business goals.

  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting sales achievements and challenges.

  • Build rapport with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve complaints efficiently.

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.

  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, challenges, and market trends.
