Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about products, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Telesales: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote fabric products, explain benefits, and close sales deals.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented in the company’s CRM software.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and share insights with relevant departments.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual telesales targets.
Problem Resolution: Address customer issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with the whole team to align telesales activities with overall business goals.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting sales achievements and challenges.
Build rapport with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, challenges, and market trends.
