Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML) one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) which involves in producing stationaries and hygiene products (e.g. Tissue Products, Paper, Baby Diaper, Baby Wipes, Sanitary Napkin). Currently, we are looking some proactive junior engineers who will be responsible for performing day-to-day activities in the Stock Preparation department. The incumbent will report to the functional head for the daily duties and responsibilities.

• Monitor and oversee the operational processes of paper machines through the utilization of DCS systems, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met consistently.

• Methodically identify document, and report any operational irregularities or machine malfunctions, fostering a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Collaborate with the engineering department to troubleshoot machine problems.

• Maintain records of raw materials and chemicals used in paper production and generate reports.

• Effectively manage and allocate shift manpower, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet production demands while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Establish and maintain open lines of communication with the Head of Department, providing regular updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.
