Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning
∎ Apply forecasting and predictive modeling techniques to enhance strategic thinking and business planning
∎ Assist with requirements gathering for new products and for enhancements to existing software products
∎ Support software development through requirement gathering, product planning, and system documentation
∎ Assist other analysts, developers, and product managers in conceptualizing and development of new business workflows or system processes
∎ Participate in software testing including Quality Assurance and Quality Control
∎ Analyze industry trends for best-in-class software development
∎ Assist in continuously innovate analysis methodology to influence business direction
∎ Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations for special strategic initiatives.
∎ Assist in performing competitive and product analysis to identify trends in various market categories
∎ Create and finalize software development process documents as when required
∎ Prepare Technical Documentation BRS, SRS, SDD etc.
∎ Prepare Technical & Commercial Proposal for new tender participation.
∎ Prepare and Manage customer invoices.
∎ Assist in any other documentation/reporting/corporate communication as when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills
∎ Independent problem-solving skills and statistical analysis techniques required
∎ Acute attention to detail
∎ Proven negotiation skills
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges
∎ Good team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage
∎ A hunger to learn new skills, and to dive into challenging problems
