Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in computer science or degrees in related disciplines

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works closely with design and backend engineers to create a modern and intuitive user experience.
∎ Builds a modern frontend Angular/typescript app that will put all other business software to shame.
∎ Owns every part of the frontend development process from inception to deployment.
∎ Works closely with other frontend developers to define what our standards and architecture should look like.
∎ Optimizes application for maximum speed and scalability.
∎ Assures that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years experience with Angular JavaScript framework.
∎ Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
∎ Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
∎ Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks (Angular must), including jQuery.
∎ Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
∎ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial / SVN.
∎ Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
∎ A person who's obsessed with customers and takes ownership for putting the customer first.
∎ Experience crafting and implementing RESTful microservices.
∎ Previously worked across multiple codebases when delivering features.
∎ Knowledge to evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer value.
