∎ Understanding of contemporary HR tools & practices will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, Administration, Attendance, Benefits, Factory HR Administration, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in Strategic long-term planning of HR Policies, Direction & Goals
∎ Designs, Develops assessment center tools
∎ Conducts assessment center
∎ Designs, Develops training materials
∎ Involves in the Corporate and Plant HR operational issues
∎ Design Career Structure
∎ Development of Training Programs, Compensation & Benefits plan

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be effective in verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills and team-player
∎ Command in MS packages
