Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study the worker's efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
∎ Formulate production plan based on machine-manpower; study the m/c layout for optimum productivity with the highest level of quality.
∎ Develop strategies to Achieve Target of productivity & meet the cost efficiency.
∎ Initiate effective communication skill to motivate and develop the professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity.
∎ Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources.
∎ Adhear to the compliance issues.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates having Work Experience in the IE/Work Study Dept: of any RMG unit may be appointed in mid-level post.
∎ Fresh graduates of promising talent & bright academic record may also be appointed in entry level upon proper demonstration.
∎ The candidates having working experience in Planning Department may also apply.
∎ Garment back ground in production coordination, will be preferable.
∎ Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
