Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in PGDHR, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM.
∎ Candidates having Master's Degree in any discipline with PGD in Personnel.
∎ Management/ Human Resource Management/ Compliance are encouraged to apply.
∎ BBA with Major in HRM.

Job Context:
∎ Ref: HR/CHO-17.01.2023
∎ Job Location: Head Office (Uttara, Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act with recruitment & selection procedure of workers and officers.
∎ Arrange training program for workers & staffs.
∎ Maintain HR database.
∎ Prepare & issue appointment letter.
∎ Proper documentation of personal file, record of workers and officers.
∎ Ensure that attendance report, Leave Record and OT sheets are prepared as per local laws.
∎ Look after employee welfare and arrange different employee engagement program.
∎ Handle the disciplinary action and grievance.
∎ Ensure final settlement benefits are in line with Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Assist in preparing /updating policies for administrative issues.
∎ To implement KPI based performance management system.
∎ To communicate with Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Maintain different register and service book as per labor law.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 or 3 years of HRM Department.
∎ Candidate should have good computer skill- Ms Word Ms. Excel, good typing- Speed both English and Bengali, Tally software, ERP system & other software.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ After Confirmation Salary increase five thousand taka only.
