Responsibilities & Context:

Quality Feeds Limited, one of the leading feed manufacturing companies in the country, is inviting applications from dynamic and experienced HR professionals to join our team.

  • Participate in policy formulation and HR process improvement initiatives.

  • Design, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with legal requirements and company objectives.

  • Communicate and implement policies across departments effectively.

  • Support new employee orientation and onboarding formalities.

  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, employee feedback, and organizational goals.

  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate employee training and development programs.

  • Maintain proper documentation for disciplinary actions and ensure due process.

  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and official communications.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal documentation.

  • Assist in HR data analysis and reporting
