Participate in policy formulation and HR process improvement initiatives.
Design, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with legal requirements and company objectives.
Communicate and implement policies across departments effectively.
Support new employee orientation and onboarding formalities.
Identify training needs through performance reviews, employee feedback, and organizational goals.
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate employee training and development programs.
Maintain proper documentation for disciplinary actions and ensure due process.
Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and official communications.
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal documentation.
Assist in HR data analysis and reporting
