Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Should have the capacity of Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT-related equipment (Networks, Computers, laptops, Printers, Scanners, and Internet support) efficiently, timely, and accurately.
∎ • Maintains LAN and internet connectivity products, their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Maintains antivirus software, diagnoses, and resolves computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ • Network infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks as needed.
∎ • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems, including connectivity issues, configuration errors, and hardware failures.
∎ • Perform network diagnostics, analysis, and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
∎ • Troubleshoot UPS and Printer hardware and networking problems.
