Educational Requirements:
∎ B.SC Engineering in Textile from the Recognized University / Apparel University will get preference
∎ Candidates having good academic background will get special consideration and the factor of job experience can be relaxed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experienced in garments buying house to work with factory and buyer independently on CM /FOB basic business.
∎ Monitor all pre -production activities from development procurement of materials, production approval based on specific TNA & WIP.
∎ Products costing should have knowledge in working and working closely with Logistics to ensure on time materials in house.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment moves on time.
∎ Supervise Merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
∎ Work close with QA team and factory to ensure that the customer's requirements are interpreted and executed.
∎ Leading teams and timely reporting to top management about every update on time.
∎ Should have good knowledge about the materials & Procurement.
∎ Can do a lot of field work and get the job done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) and its mandatory Merchandising in woven & KNIT as well.
∎ The applicants should have textiles background.
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge in wash area specially on Denim items.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Buying House at least (1-2) years, preferred foreign buying office.
∎ The Applicants must have good knowledge in merchandising department and capable to handle independently customers and factory's as well.
∎ Preferred who worked mostly in woven products.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with taking self-responsibility
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, Internet, and E-mail.
∎ Must have good knowledge to speak & writing in English and also should have good practice to speak with overseas customer as well.
∎ Great command over soft skills.
