Responsibilities & Context:
Assist senior merchandisers in managing buyer communications and order follow-ups.
Support in preparing costing, quotations, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor samples, approvals, and shipment schedules.
Maintain accurate records and reports for merchandising activities.
Maintain Order File properly with all approval comments & relevant Document.
Communicate with Buyer regarding All sample & Approval process
