Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving and checking of correctness of the MPRs and the source of availability of the required materials.
∎ Collection and verification of the offers and preparation of comparative statement of the financial & technical offers.
∎ Negotiation of price & other terms with suppliers and obtaining financial approval of the offer from the concerned authority.
∎ Issuance of purchase order and follow up the supply of materials.
∎ Maintain a computer register to reserve procurement information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Conversant in Computer operation and MS Office application

Salary: Negotiable
