∎ Age 26 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of formulations (chutney mixing), online process & testing result.
∎ Check & ensure the packing labeling & coding are done as per prescribed standards.
∎ Check & ensure that CIP is completed correctly prior to production.
∎ Check & ensure that the entire process of floor sanitation, cleanliness & hygienic conditions are properly maintained as per specification.
∎ Check the quality of products in process & ensure all chemical tests (brix, acidity, Ph & packing integrity, physical & organoleptic properties are conjoined to standard specification.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
