Quality Controller/ Assurance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure that quality of garments delivered.
∎ Conduct pre-shipment inspection and issue report.
∎ Conduct in-line production check.
∎ Ensure inspection is comply with Buyer inspection standard.
∎ Work closely with Merchandiser for product checking detail
∎ Ensure inspection report, on-site checking and related photos are properly documented.
∎ Accurate and clear inspection reporting.
∎ Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects.
∎ Handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality
∎ To maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the specifications.
∎ Review the bulk wash & make sure shade & washing process is okay comparing with buyer comments & shade range.
∎ Work & report- initial garments, inline measurement, QC analysis report, moisture, Needle detector, closing & reconciliation.
∎ Attend PP meeting & complete report then distribution all kinds of relevant buyer comments to the concern department.
∎ Evaluate and recommended alternative auditing procedures for continuous improvement.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.

∎ Certification of quality control will be given preferred.
∎ Physical strength and ability to work in a team.
∎ Should be honest, sincere and hard working.
∎ Solid product and technical knowledge in woven and related machines and production process.
∎ Familiar with garment production process and quality control procedures.
∎ Candidates shall have the mentality to work under pressure.
∎ The candidate who work with M&S buyer will given advantage.
