Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing a market for construction chemical. To maintain Dealer & channel partner.
∎ To achieve sales target of the Company.
∎ To visit retail shop, Masson and Engineer consultancy firm for prescribing and sales
∎ our products.
∎ To ensure collection, Deposit, Productivity and Expansion of the Company.
∎ Develop a business plan and collect information from others competitors.
∎ Capable of expanding new dealer network to achieve sales growth. To create a
∎ new dealership in a vacant area for expanding market share.
∎ To perform market development - related initiatives according to the given
∎ instructions of the superiors.
∎ Plan and achieve new dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly, a
∎ yearly with searching new customers.
∎ Must have the patience to work at the field level.
∎ Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management.
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent capability to communicate through online.
∎ Must have at least 01 years working experience as a Jr. Executive (Sales & Marketing) in any reputed Construction Chemical (Admixture) Company, Cement Company.
∎ Must have Smart Phone.
∎ Must be capable to motorcycle drive.
