Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with superiors and coordinators for flawless audit execution.
∎ Maintain professionalism while conducting audits and respect the auditee.
∎ Verifying monthly income and expenditure statement for reporting.
∎ Verifying of receipt payment statement & bank statement, advance etc.
∎ Follow appropriate level of controls for factories to prevent excess, duplicate and wrong payments and other internal assurance functions to minimize redundancies.
∎ Employees and workers attendance checking and verifying.
∎ Checking daily store purchase requisition , materials received with records.
∎ Checking inventory report of incoming goods.
∎ Checking company accounts and financial control system.
∎ Bill, Vouture Checking.
∎ Time to time factory visit and preparing report as required.
∎ Preparing report, commentaries on financial system.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
