Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Should knowledge in Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019 & Bangladesh EPZ Labor Rules 2022.
Sound knowledge in MS office.
Responsibilities & Context:
To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure.
Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment of candidate.
Coordinate with new employee`s probation period and confirmation formalities
To maintain management guidelines in preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Handle employee attendance, leave management and keep & update employee`s files.
To maintain the employee`s Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
Prepare different MIS reports as and when required.
Ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
Any other task assign by the management.
