Skills Required: Good communication skills in both English and Bangla,Presentation skill

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 28 years
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • Should knowledge in Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019 & Bangladesh EPZ Labor Rules 2022.

  • Sound knowledge in MS office.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure.

  • Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment of candidate.

  • Coordinate with new employee`s probation period and confirmation formalities

  • To maintain management guidelines in preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

  • Handle employee attendance, leave management and keep & update employee`s files.

  • To maintain the employee`s Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.

  • Prepare different MIS reports as and when required.

  • Ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.

  • Any other task assign by the management.
