Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment of candidate.
∎ Coordinate with new employee's probation period and confirmation formalities
∎ To maintain management guidelines in preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Handle employee attendance, leave management and keep & update employee's files.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Manage the security personnel and goods movement and follow up the cleanliness and security system of the company.
∎ Prepare different MIS reports as and when required.
∎ Ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Must have positive attitude to work in night shift.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ Should have knowledge in Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019 & Bangladesh EPZ Labor Rules 2022.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office.
