Job Context:
∎ Isabah Laminated Tube Industries Ltd. is one of the Laminated Tube manufacturing companies are looking for a highly confident, Self-motivated, and result-driven Quality Assurance for product quality. The incumbent will lead and grow product quality of the Laminated Tube business and work in a quality control team. To support our quality control team, we are seeking applications for the following position.
∎ Company Location: Plot-109, Rajaghat, Rajfulbaria, Savar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sampling and analysis of Raw material and packaging material including documentation.
∎ Analysis of finished product, In process sample & Stability Sample including documentation.
∎ To perform QC Instrument operation & Calibration
∎ Control and ensure quality of each production process as per customers' requirements.
∎ Ensure health & safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Perform in-process inspection to verify the requirement of SOPs during production processing and packaging area at toll manufacturing company.
∎ Ensure strict GMP during manufacturing and packaging operations.
∎ Ensure and verify the cleanliness of production area.
∎ Ensure in keeping the retention sample of each batch in specified area.
∎ Manage change control, deviation and customer compliant also conduct the report of annual product review.
∎ Confirm all tests as per in-house specification and in details report.
∎ Monitor dispensing of raw materials as per guidelines to ensure proper weighing, use of proper materials and timely dispense.
∎ Ensure proper cleanliness and calibration of all IPC equipment's as per SOP.
∎ To ensure the quality of yield products, machinery, working area, rejected products, etc. and other ISO.
∎ To fulfill the compliance requirement of QMS in production area.
∎ To perform Analytical Method Validation / Verification.
∎ Any others work assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-2 years of experience in the Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) Sector.
∎ Excellent computer skill and communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic, and have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Pharmaceuticals, Toiletries & any related companies.
