∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, implement and maintain Network system and Internet Security System (LAN, WAN, VPN and remote data connectivity) in the company's Head Office along with all branches which is located all over the country;
∎ Must be technically sound on troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems as or when required;
∎ Ensure necessary IT supports within the company as well as related activities like Network printers, CCTV Surveillance System, IP PABX system Video Conferencing Device Management are working properly without any interruption;
∎ Capable of using Microsoft Office 365, Office 2013, Office 2016, One Drive, Azure, Skype for Business, Active Directory etc.;
∎ Configure and install communication devices (MikroTik) in accordance with Network system;
∎ Ability to prepare reports, documentations;
∎ Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability;
∎ Provide constant support in the required areas instructed by the management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge on local ISP and their practices, network operations, computer systems and their management in order to provide continued and effective operational support;
∎ Sound knowledge of web languages, web design, graphics, multimedia and browsers is also required. Knowledge of telecommunications, computer security policies, management advisory services and equipment and software acquisition procedures required;
∎ Capable of handling system analysis and design techniques, applications, programming, fact-finding and documentation techniques are also required;
∎ Have a sound knowledge on LAN and WAN, common software, backup and networking;
∎ Techniques for explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/ Network Companies, Domain and Hosting, Software Companies, IT Enabled Service;
