Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
∎ Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
∎ Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
∎ Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems
∎ Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. replace parts as required.
∎ Debugging and closure of various reports related issues.
∎ Execution of daily schedule tasks and reports
∎ Sound analytic skill
∎ Provide technical support to business users
∎ Perform scheduled maintenance and support activities after hours
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Good proven written and verbal communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
∎ Ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional teams, including remote team members.
