∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge of Filed:
∎ Basic knowledge of Garments and Textiles.
∎ Basic knowledge of construction materials (bricks, sand, cement, ms road, tiles, paint & hardware items).
∎ Basic knowledge of machineries of garments & textiles (utility, knitting, dyeing, finishing, cutting, sewing & packaging machines).
∎ Basic knowledge of hardware, electric, electronics, sanitary, fire & safety items.
∎ Basic knowledge of dyes & chemicals for textile & printing section.
∎ Basic knowledge of production supporting items in this filed.
∎ Basic knowledge of spare parts of garments & textile machineries.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context:We are one of the largest 100% export oriented Knit Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic& highly potential professional as a Jr. Executive / Executive - procurement department (Knit Garments).
∎ Duties/Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase requisition checking with store for present stock.
∎ Sourcing and collection price quotation from different sources.
∎ Preparing comparison sheet and taking approval.
∎ Preparing work-order and sending to the vendors.
∎ Preparing fund requisition if cash purchase.Taking delivery confirmation from vendors and make sure to store.
∎ Documents (bill, challan, MRR, work-order, CS, quotations & requisition) submission to accounts and copy documents keeping own file.
∎ Preparing vendors list for monthly payment from party ledger.
