∎ Must be conversant in MS Office specially in Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.
∎ To generate various reports of Supply Chain Department as directed by higher authority.
∎ To Ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
∎ Using formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.).
∎ Creating pivot tables for data summarization.
∎ Cleaning and organizing raw data.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
∎ Maintaining data logs and updating records.
∎ Ensuring data security and confidentiality.
∎ Any tasks given by the management.
