Job Context:
∎ Foresight IT is basically a Digital Marketing IT firm in Bangladesh. We are looking for an experienced Jr. digital marketing officer to maintain our digital marketing clients.
∎ Job Location: Mirpur - 10, Dhaka
∎ Provision period is a must
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Marketing
∎ Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube;
∎ Create engaging social content tailored to each channel to help acquire & retain customers;
∎ Respond/reply to the queries posted on the social platforms;
∎ Communicate with our own customer care to directly address or assist in resolving customer service issues that are reported online/social media;
∎ Manage & prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency;
∎ Prepare & broadcast e-mail newsletters
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of SMM (Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram), SEO, and Google Ads, etc.
∎ Minimum 1-year experience on working with social media marketing, content creation, online brand marketing experience;
∎ Proficient/Fluent in English speaking & writing is a MUST and also fluent, strong and accurate writing & speaking capabilities in Bangla having melodious vocabulary;
∎ Actively involved in social media space, with a proven understanding/ willingness to grasp how to use social media tools to effectively listen, communicate, and build relationships;
∎ Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to successfully interact directly with customers and members of the community in a public forum;
∎ More than one year of working experience in the related field.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
