• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in eCommerce operations.

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar operational role.

• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, courier services (especially Pathao), and invoicing systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proactive approach to identifying and solving operational bottlenecks.

Job Context:

Foresight IT is a leading provider of innovative IT and eCommerce solutions. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online operations and ensure seamless end-to-end order processing, logistics, and customer experience.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of eCommerce operations, including invoicing, courier coordination, and logistics.

• Coordinate and integrate Pathao and other delivery platforms to ensure timely deliveries.

• Develop and maintain eCommerce spreadsheets to track inventory, order status, and sales performance.

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all orders.

• Work closely with courier and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to invoicing, shipping, or customer complaints.

• Analyze sales and product listing data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Stay updated on eCommerce trends, tools, and best practices to improve overall efficiency.

• Salary: BDT 12,000 - 15,000 (Monthly -Negotiable based on experience)
