∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Vendor Certification will be an added advantage
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),North South University,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,BRAC University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrate helpdesk software to maintain centralize call management
∎ System administration of the hardware & software, security and company network infrastructure.
∎ Troubleshooting hardware, software operating systems and network issues
∎ Company's backup systems & disaster recover policy.
∎ Data protection; back-up, security, storage & recoverability of Company data.
∎ Maintain license registry & compliance records.
∎ Providing support internally and externally to our network and customers via phone, email, remote access and onsite
∎ Performing scheduled maintenance activities across all IT equipment's user
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Computer hardware troubleshooting,
∎ Helpdesk Management,
∎ Microsoft Enterprise Services basic support,
∎ Network Architecture,
∎ Remote service management,
∎ Partner Communication,
∎ Service delivery ownership,
∎ Positive Team Player attitude,
∎ Internal communication.
Salary: Negotiable
