Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for new customer development & Provide direction to marketing /merchandising team.
∎ Organize the Design Studio and provide new design support
∎ Responsible for new customer development / sourcing / product development / capacity planning for Tops and Bottom.
∎ Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
∎ Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
∎ Design and review the Marketing department's budget
∎ Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
∎ Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO and DMD.
∎ Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
∎ Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
∎ Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives
∎ Track competitors' activities
∎ Increased the turnover by increasing the productivity and new customer base.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in apparel industry Woven (Denim and Non-Denim) with additional style sense on bottoms/tops/outerwear
Salary: Negotiable
