∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
QUALITY ASSURANCE, Technical operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Quality Assurance and Technical related issue at Factory.
∎ Evaluate vendors quality policies and QMS. Manage the customers quality standard & Requirements.
∎ Develop new Policy, SOP and direct the execution of Quality Management system at Factory.
∎ Manage the product cycles to meet the customer’s expectation.
∎ Manage Internal QA Audit & third-Party Audit.
∎ Implement quality KPI’s and evaluate KPI with the vendors to upgrade the business and quality standards next level which help marketing team to select best vendor for the right product
∎ Analysis manufacturing Process provide technical support to improve performance
∎ Improve the DHU, CAPA, Cost Quality, RCA at Cutting, Sewing and Finishing Section.
∎ Monitoring the prefinal, Final & Nominated quality auditors’ team.
∎ Maintain zero customer claim in cutting, sewing and finishing section and Finished Goods.
∎ Ensure the Garments Quality from development to the DC final inspection.

∎ Age at least 35 years
