Job Context:
∎ Office Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
∎ The assigned person plays a vital role and is responsible for providing technical support tousers of IT systems and networks. They troubleshoot and resolve IT system and networkproblems, install, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks, and provide training andsupport to IT system and network users.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform laptop and desktop hardware maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs.
∎ Provide technical support to end-users worldwide via onsite and remote assistance (to globaloffices).
∎ Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, access points,and firewalls.
∎ Design, implement, and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN) and wide areanetwork (WAN).
∎ Troubleshoot network and system problems, including connectivity and performance issues.
∎ Ensure the security of network infrastructure by implementing appropriate security measuresand monitoring systems.
∎ Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop and implement solutions for complextechnical & software issues.
∎ Maintain documentation of hardware and software inventory, network topology, andprocedures.
∎ Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure user satisfaction.
∎ Provide a weekly task status report to the manager based on the assigned tasks.
∎ Providing user or infrastructure support by visiting branch offices in Bangladesh and ifrequired, outside of Bangladesh.
∎ Maintaining global compliance and ensuring disaster recovery for each system.
∎ Create and maintain documentation of network and system configurations, procedures, andpolicies.
∎ Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3 years of ISP NOC Support experience in a similar role.
∎ Proficient in IP Phone system, Printer, Mikrotik Router, Switch, UniFi AP, Cambium AP,CCTV System, Zkteco, and other network/system tools admin and uses proficientknowledge.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Certification - Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+,MTCNA.
